There are a few system tied to the VSC indicator lights (speed sensor, yaw rate sensor, steering angle senor circuit and ABS system) and of course the switch itself can be an issue. The VSC light can be activated from all sorts of reasons, low or disconnected battery, low brake fluid to a malfunctioning ECU or wiring harness gone bad.
Besides the TS circuit you mentioned, there is a second circuit to check with the jumper method. TS Terminal Circuit, diagram with the RED CIRCLE. The other circuit is the TC Terminal Circuit diagram with the GREEN TRIANGLE
But before using the a jumper you should see if you can read any trouble codes.

Bob i give the second option a try...
This lights came on when my coilovers were fitted...
Forgot to mention the abs light also came on at the same time.
I guess one of the sensors has been knocked and is out of line?
I have the obd11 fitted to the in car computer system that i fitted the but it does not flag up as a error...
How do I wire in new retro-fit daylight running lights (drl) to my 2000 model RX 300?
I need to locate an ignition-activated live feed and a parking or driving light feed, so the drl s dim when the normal lights are turned on .
