19" Volk racing forged wheels
A breaker / wreaker I called has some Volk racing wheels for sale.
They are all round 19 x 8.5" wide with a 35mm positive offset and 114.3 PCD.
They want $1800 for the rims only.
With a 35mm offset do you think they will rub when running 245 x 35 x 19 rubbers all round once the car is slightly loswered via Teins coilovers.
Or should I look at fitting 245 x 40 x 19 rubbers for a bit of cushioning.
Our roads are not as smooth as you have in the States.

245/35 would be the optimum plus one size from factory. Shouldn't affect spedo and shouldn't rub with a conservative drop. I have 245/35 with 20's on my front with 8.5" width and have no rubbing with a 1.5" drop. Every wheel/offset and drop amount will be different but if you think conservatively you should be good. 40 series would look a little chunky IMO also.
