I was reminded of our first meet at the Rudy's in Frisco a while back when my wife and I went to the new Rudy's BBQ in Allen. I dutifully parked away from most of the cars and when I came out, I discovered a newer black SC430 was parked next to me. (Sorry for the lousy Blackberry picture.) Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the owner. It is interesting that you can see the taillight difference just from the reflections (no car lights were on).

 

^^^ Did you go to the Cabela's next door? It's a fun place but not as fun as the one out in Roanoke.

Huy (the great planner), let's keep an eye on weekend weather and see if we can do something in the next couple of weeks. Thanksgiving and holiday parties are coming, so we have a narrow window if we wish to meet again this year.

 

How about the 19th of November or the 3rd of December? Say lunch at 1100 at... (any suggestions)?

Basically the weekend before Thanksgiving or the weekend after - we can do lunch, afternoon, or dinner. Either choices are good for me so sooner the better just in case the weather gets cold fast.

I like the Addison location...or how about in the parking lot of Canes and Mother Daughter Diner in Plano (Park/Midway)? There are car shows there regularly. Used to be another diner there??? Jakes? Usually classic car show. I've posted pics from there over the years and you all loved them. Just a suggestion. I just want it to be centrally located so we can get all to come!

 

I didn't even think of that. It used to be a Johnny Rocket I think but the parking lot is HUGE. I'm in on this place unless someone has any objection.
