Difficult to hold the tape and take a photo, but the measurement from the top of the cill to the centre of the repeater is 13.5 inches.

Steve thanks again, I could not remember where to find this photo but guess what, I used your car's pic to estimate the location and was just off a 1/4" on the horizontal! Finally have a side marker, great safety upgrade.
