Peter_Klim about the D2 racing coilover they're decent coilovers for the street. For coilovers less than $1k they work for the price. I've had them for about 8 months and I still like the ride. I don't really have any of coilovers to compare them to for the SC. When I took it out to the back roads it did not perform too well in the turns. The coilovers are too soft and I got a lot of bounce from the suspension. It was still a fun drive but if I could I'd go with a better setup. Had to harden the dampener all around. But for the price it does it job as long as you don't try to take too many crazy turn.

Justinbig8, yes the wheels will be going up for sale soon. I'll keep you posted.

Talwang just like to say you are the man! I've used a lot of the info/ advice you put in this forum. Nice SC. And trust me I'll be paying for these leons for a while. Just had to do it.

 

Nice SC! We were just in Julian this Memorial Day weekend (Sat), and we also took the SC (ours is stock). The temperature was perfect, and the drive was awesome with the top down. We saw at least two other SC430s while we were there too.

Got some news for you, a lot of the "bounce" your feeling is from the car flexing from being a convertible. Main problem with the car, as far as I'm concerned.
