Members with 2010 model? And how many built to date?

I don't really get how it works from the picture. Anyone? Could this possibly be "one touch up/down" which should have been included from the beginning?
Also, what is with the radio? I take it that the display is now part of the main screen meaning that you can have NAV and radio info concurrently. Radio buttons are gone and it looks sorta funny. Not a good "upgrade" imho.

Hold down the switch to open and pull up the switch to close.
For the 2010, AUDIO/VIDEO/NAV systems use the same display screen.

Yup, pretty sure all Gen 5 and now Gen 6 systems do this. While you can no longer see navigation maps and radio information at the same time, the benefit of having it all in the navi/MFD screen is for MP3 integration and text display.
You can now use this aftermarket unit with your system:

I have one of these in my 09 IS-F w/Gen 5 navi and I love it. I'm actually really surprised that the SC430 jumped from a Gen 4 navi system in 05-09 models straight to Gen 6.

Does anyone know if this is a "Swap Out" with 2006 to 2009 radios?
I like the fact the Cassette player is finally gone and it also has a factory
ipod connection (I hope that is correct info).
I prefer a factory radio and connections. I also like the updated Navi.
I would think the connections would just unplug from the "old" unit and
connect with the 2010 unit and everything work. Thanks.

Here is another question
So we all love our 2002 to 2009 SC's.. ok then, how long will parts be available for the cars? Anyone worried abut that?
I use to hear that parts had to only be available for 10 years.. but that might be domestic cars only..
And I am talking new parts..not used...so would it mean that new parts would only be made till 2020?
Seems like a long time away I know..

Parts? USAA, a pretty good company, just gave me an estimate for repair work on my '05 Prius (the other driver seemingly viewed his stop sign as a suggestion). It will use after-market (and used?) parts for vehicles more than two (that's right, TWO) years old if they are available. Imagine my surprise . . . . . .

Back to the OP's original question....According to the Sales Report found on www.Lexusenthusiast.com Lexus has only sold 147 2010 SC430s. Pretty exclusive if you ask me. lol.
