Is there any chip trim out there that actually works (either more hp or making the car using lower amout of gas)

Plenty of piggy backs like apexi neo/safc etc. But no chips.

 

I don't think that there are any that actually increase the hp or gas mileage for the SC430. There are some that just change where the engine reacts to the pedal position and those are typically just a resistor.
