Default Volo VP12 Performance Chip

I am just curious if anyone here has tried this performance chip and can provide any input/review of the chip. It looks to be a very simple hook up. According to another Lexus forum, someone stated the chip worked well for his SC430.

He claimed it helped initial acceleration and overall response.

for $90 seems like a good bang for the buck if it really does work.

Anyone here have one installed? Just wanted to get some input before taking the plunge.

Dude, thats a scam. It wont do jack for your sc430. Its just like the box they sell on ebay claiming it tricks the IAT and makes more power.

If not total crap it probably mimics what the blitz throttle controller does

I wonder if it's similar to the little srt computer included with the $600.00 intake system.

I think you are much better off doing an short ram intake, exhaust, biltz throttle controller, plugs/wires and change up your settings (ecu reset, pwr setting, manual shift)

Some mods are free! Some are fairly inexpensive

I'm actually cool with my custom BFI mod. I seriously feel more power when driving on the freeway. I was driving 60mph and when I punched on it, I did snap back a little compared to before. It pulls a lot harder too.
