Just Got It! - and YES CHROME!!!
Well here it is, just got my SC430 Blue/Ecru down in Houston. Enjoying the car so far and am working to get a few kinks worked out (read door rattles). Recently went to Austin, Texas to drive in the hill country and was a little disappointed in the body roll (read activated VSC several times). Well I'm looking forward to your prior posts to help solve some of these problems.
Modifications So Far:
Lsportline Model3 Wheels
K40 Integrated Front and Read Radar Dectector
Planned Modifications:
Lowering and suspension upgrades
Front Lip Spoiler
12" MBQuart Subwoofer
Twin Turbo Kit
Well for now enjoy. It's convertible time in Houston!

2fast,
Congrats on the SC430 and the elusive Indigo colour.. Looks nice with the Ecru interior too.. If you figure out how to get the 12" sub installed do a write up for us and i'll be sure to include in the FAQ since this question has been asked many times..
Keep up the good work!

I didn't do the work myself, but here is what I understand: The sub is a 8" free air sub located right behind the rear seat. The amplifier is on a shelf in between the rear seat and the sub. There is a space right next to the existing amp for another amp. All they did was put a amp that accepted a line level input which then went to the sub speaker.
Hope this helps

2fast,
I met with Ainsley Fukuda last nite and he said he could build an enclosure behind the rear seat out of fiberglass and replace the one or both (sub, full range) in two days and it would be very stealthy. He is booked up until may as of now. Let me know if you would like to contact him.
