the car is beautiful but its nice to know that according to car and driver and the ny times we are both driving expensive buicks. how long did you have to wait?

Waited 7 months... No ETA here in Atlanta. A friend found one in California -- I flew there and had it shipped back here in October. Only 1 has come in (I was #2 on the list for the color combo) to ATL since then that I'm aware of -- I'd still be waiting. Have had two people tell me that only 5% of production is Indigo Ink, then of course, 3 interior combos making anything that's blue fairly rare.

Love the SC430 -- had an SC300 since '95 before this one, and thought that was out of sight. Unaware of the articles panning our coupes -- 2/2001 Car & Driver was a great write-up. Best car I've ever owned -- only dowside is the mini-back seat and trunk situation forcing us into run flats. Hope you enjoy your coupe as much as I do.

Car and Driver just put out a test between the sc 430 and the clk 430... the clk won because of looks, but during their road tests, the sc 430 got a 0-60 time of 6.6 Doesnt Lexus claim that it gets 5.9? Jim Faulk Lexus claims they can get it to 5.7.

Anyone have any trouble getting these figures?
I know i had problems getting that high in my sc....
