You WILL need a shave to fit the rears for sure....
Just make sure the offsets are correct and the rears should fit fine. As someone stated, the fronts will need modification.

I just have to ask, why would someone spend $6,000 (or at least that's what they list for) on a set of wheels and not know if they will fit or not?
