Rear bumper dings

My 02 has small nicks from parking garage. Anyone know how these can be buffed out, touched up? Is it a job for a body shop?

depends what you mean by small. if its scratches in the clear coat, those can be buffed out. just take it to a reputable detailing shop. or you might even be able to get them yourself with some scratch remover and elbow greece. if they're deeper, you might have to have it repainted.
