Default Star Center Caps

Does anyone know of a good source for the star center caps, in silver? I have the "pie plates" and am thinking about changing.

Sources include your dealer's parts department, Sewell Lexus or Carson Toyota which have excellent on line parts departments, and, of course, eBay.

I've drawn a blank with non-dealer resources, e.g., ebay and the many internet-based parts houses. I'm sure a Lexus dealer could help but I just purchased several of the "rivets" that secure the center cap to the wheel from my local Lexus parts department. They were $8 each! I suspect their price for a set of 4 star center caps would approach a bazillion dollars, which I don't have.

I noticed a lot of the ebay caps are plastic. Were the factory original star caps plastic?

Thanks, guys. I sent them emails to ask if they have the "non-chrome" version.

Norman52 -- Nice Jag! I've wanted one one since I was a kid (just turned 55). When it's running I bet it's amazing. The pictures flip by too fast, does it have the glass cover on the headlights? I think '66 was the last year for that.

Thanks,
Yes it is a 66. I believe the 67 was the last year for the headlight covers and toggle switches instead of rocker switches.
Fun to drive but I actually get more comments when I park the SC430!

I've been toying with the idea of black center caps on the factory wheels (my car is also black). Not quite sure how it would look though. I know that one year of the Pebble Beach edition (2005, I think) came with dark gray center stars.

I'm trying to sell my wheels with star centers that are non chrome for $50 each. They are posted in the wheels clasified.

I have the star center caps in silver off my SC430. I wasn't going to part with them, but I could be convinced. Make me an offer if interested!

It's crazy how much these things cost, considering you can find a whole set of rims with tires on craigslist or ebay for a little more money.
