Yes it is a 66. I believe the 67 was the last year for the headlight covers and toggle switches instead of rocker switches.

I've been toying with the idea of black center caps on the factory wheels (my car is also black). Not quite sure how it would look though. I know that one year of the Pebble Beach edition (2005, I think) came with dark gray center stars.

It's crazy how much these things cost, considering you can find a whole set of rims with tires on craigslist or ebay for a little more money.
