Default Installing TPMS Sensors

My Lexus dealer will be installing some new Enkei wheels for me next week. The dealer believes the sensors currently installed in my OEM wheels will work in the new wheels. A fellow from Tirerack confirmed this. However, I recall threads here in the past where aftermarket sensors were mounted using bands. Is there any reason the OEM sensors won't work in the new wheels?

The sensors are attached to the valve stem and need a 45 degree angle for mounting. If your rims have the angle there wont be any problems. Sometimes they will use the wheels existing stem and mount the sensor on the inside of the wheel. The inner valve stem is just used for mounting the sensor. I have heard the straps are unsafe.
