Default Customizing electronic featurs BEYOND what the owner's manual says

Are there any electronic features that can be personalized BEYOND what is covered by the owner's manual? The owner's manual lists:

REMOTE
1. Wireless remote on/of
2. Door unlock function
3. Operation indicator buzzer and volume
4. Open door warning
5. Automatic door locking function
6. Trunck unlock
7. Lock/unlock turn signal confirmation

DOOR LOCK
1. Unlock function
2. Shift position

POWER WINDOWS: Integrated w/door
ALRRM: Busser
Automatic Light Control: delay
Windshield Wiper: auto shift when stopped and wipe during mist
Steering column: tilt-away

Are there any other features which can be customized by the dealer?

They are called CBEST settings which are done by the dealer
Here you go: for 02-05 models

Maybe this determines when air recirculation activates (while in automatic mode)?

Hey Lee, according to option #15, the hardtop control can be customized. Do you think that means retractability while driving at a speed above 5 mph? I mean we all know you should speed with a folding roof but you know there has been times you wish you could bring that roof up at say 15 mph. Am I reading this wrong or is this possible? Because you know in reverse you can bring it up at a higher speed than the factory settings for the D position.

You bring up a good question. I never really even paid that close of attention to those.
I will check into that to see exactly what it is for.

You're the Wiz here so I'd figured you have an idea. You know how great that would be to have that feature enabled. I hate how MB and BMW give responsible owners that option out the factory.

I'm amazed that Auto Lock can only be "Delayed" and not disabled. If I unlock the car with the remote, I want it to stay unlocked.

The "operate conditions" options are either IG.E/G or E/G
Elsewhere in the document, it indicates that IG stands for Ignition.

I'm guessing this controls whether the key has to be in the ignition.
No idea what E/G stands for, but you can't change that anyway.

Interesting!

Wonder why you would want to change the sensitivity of the exhaust gas sensor Different fuels around the world?

It's a a little misleading. They are referring to the interior ventilation system and when it switches from outside vent air to interior recirculate based on what the sensor detects.
