Henry- is that what this SC compares to after all the mods? I really don't know the performance numbers of the porsche turbo.

Yeah, the other exotics are well into the 6 digits price range but picking up an SC is like 65k right? Add on another 45k and you're at 110k... add on another 10k for wheels and tires and you're suddenly at 120k. This doesn't even include the custom one off wide body kit and the paint job afterwards.

i guess if the SC outperforms the porsche when everything is all said and done then it could be a bargain... maybe?

well 700hp at wheels i suppose, that's tons of power, i think more than the turbo and the sl65? if it's really a 10 sec car like stated, then it's definitely as fast as the sl65, if not faster

$45k is a lot of money... but some people can't put a price on the things they love to do most! Great car none the less. Definitely something you dont see everyday.

Holy crap, 45K for just the drivetrain???? Can anyone confirm that as fact? You could install a Th400 that'll hold every bit of power you have to toss at it for ~6K, and that includes everything but the trans mounts.

Eric,
Some people doesn't like cruising at 60 mph and your rpm reading 3500rpm . But on a serious note, a well build Th400 that would handle 1000hp would run $1500.
