When I went to Tokyo Japan last month, I went to the Toyota Amlux. I picked up some plastic GT SC430 plastic models.

The Mobile 1 SC RC car has been on sale in the states for a while now. Just go to your local hobby shop.
As for die cast models, I've found this:
