Question Daizen sway making noise

Just installed the Daizen sway bars on my 06 SC430. It was making rattling noise under the driver side, so I took it back to the installer and they said it was a loose bolt. After the correction, the noise came back 2 days later, so I have to take it back again. I am wondering if anyone has encountered this kind of problem with the Daizen sway bars?

My impression of the sway: it got rid of the floating sensation and the whole car feels tigher. Body roll is far less than the stock sway. I would recommend it 100% if I could get this noise fixed.

Did your installer use Loctite?
If not, it is probably where the problem is providing he has greased the bushings and torqued all the bolts properly.

Also, you need to make 100% sure he had rotated both front endlinks 180 degrees before he installed the front sway bars. Otherwise, your front sway bar was not installed correctly at all.

Do a search for Pearlpower's previous threads for more info.

Thank you for the advice, i will pass it along to the installer on Monday. By the way, if he can't get it right, can you recommend a competent installer in the bay area? I am in San Jose, thanks.

An update: the installer did not use loctite, and the bolt at the end link is loose again. Now I will see if loctite solves the problem. Thanks for the help.

TM Engineering. The sway bars should've been installed there from the start.
