My friend has some 19" wheels that were on a G35 and I would like your opinion on whether they will look good on my SC430.

Details:

2 Front 19x9 offset +29
245/35/19

2 rear 19x10.5 offset +30
275/35/19

1) Will they fit?
2) Will those offsets and tires look good?

I plan to put Tein CS on the car soon but other than that I am stock.

I am not sure, Henry is the expert. However I think that is as close as you can get them without custom ordering. 9" in the front with +24 and 10" in the back with +24. You are 10.5 in the back with +30. I think that is close.
