Man those are some sexy coilovers. What is the lower nut next to the mounting hole for? Adjusting? Centering mount hole?

These things are amazing they are actually height adjustable from the bottom perch which means that you can change the height of the car without affecting suspension travel. only the overall length of the shock changes NOT the travel! cool!

the adjustment on the bottom is an additional height adjustment as these things are 1.5 inchec shorter than factory struts and you can put them back up to factory height with that adjustment and leave the perches in the factory positions.

the spring rates on these are 13 front and 7 rear. i am told that they will ride very nice, this is what they told Steve

The spring rates are higher because of the weight of the vehicle and the specs of the damper. Higher spring rates don't necessarily mean that it is going to be a harsh ride. The springs keep the car up and stable while the dampers prevent the car from bouncing up and down. TEIN CS and our system is completely different when it comes valving and the customer will be very satisfied when he receives the coilovers. Basically, dampers will make or break the ride comfort and the spring rates are just the icing on the cake. We are confident that the customer will enjoy the ride.
