Where are you getting it done for that price of 2300? I want to copy you, especially if they do a good job. I am in San Diego though.

Darn, I am too lazy to drive that far. Does anyone know where I can get a quality job done in San Diego for a good price? I know of Syndicate Auto, but that is about it. I am willing to drive to LA but not too far North.

So, it seems like I should have the kit painted and wait for a month to put it on if I want the protective coat, that is a bummer, especially if I cannot do it locally. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Lisa,

I'm in SJ, let me know when you're going to the CarLab Motorsport?
I can stop by if you want to take a look at mine and see how the kit fits on yours.
this will give you an idea of how it fits correctly. I'm sure the folks at the shop know what they're doing, but if you wanna see mine, just let me know.

I paid about 1400 for my kit and about 750 for install. So expect to drop 2100-2300 for the full kit + install. that's a great deal if you can get that.

If I'm correct, when you open the door, just below the black plastic trim along the side, there should be 5 visible screws flushed and tightened all the way into the upper edge of the side skirt. They are visible. The other visible screws in the bottom corners of the wheel well where each screw holds and secures the front spoiler side skirts and rear spoiler. I don't think it's a big deal, but if the installer didn't tightened the screws all the way in on the side skirts, then you may need to tightened them yourself or bring the car back and have them secure it.

Rominl, care to chime in?

Why? Is it too low already? I wonder if I will be okay with the kit with 20" wheels and HR springs?

you mean why didn't put on the front lip? it's to wait for it to dry to put on clear bra before getting chips

and coilovers? it's to lower the car!

..i really dont want to lower the car...the guys there told me my tires are worn from the inside so my shocks are shot..is this true? either i have to buy new shocks..or coil covers..they say my ride will be better and that if i had a good set of coil covers..my car is less likely to dip when i go over bumps..and this will help avoid scrapes..what do u guys think..???
