HeadLiner Removal???

HeadLiner Removal???
Anyone know if it is an easy or difficult task to remove the headliner in a 2002 SC430??
The reason I ask is that I have had it into the dealership now twice for what sounds like a cable that is knocking back and forth everytime I go over a bump. It is making me crazy.... They say they fix it but apparantly not. I would like to remove the headliner myself and see if I can get to the bottom of it once and for all. So if someone has some pics of the removal or can provide me with a detailed description it would be greatly appreciated.
