Other than being unusual (and an unlikely aphrodesiac), is there any other reason to have these rabbit-ear doors?
At least suicide doors made it easier to get in and out of a car, but ...well, they didn't get that name for nothing.

Here's another
www.lambodoors.com
Although I don't think they are appropriate for this type of car. But, it's your world.

I inspected the cars that had the door conversion at the AC SEMA's. They all had GT FACTORY hinges. They go out and then up 90 degrees. Looks like the vertical doors only go 45 degrees. That could hamper ingress and egress.

http://www.verticaldoors.com/custom.html

A reminder that group buys on ClubLexus are ONLY allowed through approved ClubLexus vendors. That means that either verticaldoors or whomever has to apply to become a CL vendor OR the members need to approach an existing CL vendor to carry the product and host the GB for them.

Any additional discusion of GB and this thread will be closed. Any questions, PM me.

I nay lambo doors... I think it's equivalent to spinner wheels.

Try Unique Autosports if you want. They put lambo doors on everything.

Hey, careful there!

If you look around there are four or five pretty decent spinners or floaters. Just sedate enough to fit most any car. However lambos and gull wings even look strange to me on teh cars they are designed for.

I wouldn't do it even for free for 2 reasons: as previously said, access is severely hampered, and most importantly, the doors would be extremely weak. Even much lighter doors, like Civics and such, are reportedly very weak and wobbly. Our doors are very heavy; and structurally more important than other cars for being a convertible. That might be the reason you don't see such kits.
How about hitting the gym instead to attract more attention? Just kidding man. I'm sure it'll look nice, but I'd be very worried about the long term with those things. Good luck.

Don't get me wrong, spinners were very attractive, but I think it was a short lived trend.

Personally, after seeing some kits, I just think the overall quality of the car will be hampered.
