Herragge, unfortunately NO OEM REPLACEMENTS there. The only ones mentioned are rectangular, and supposedly belong on the fender, just ahead of the doors (like BMWs, VWs, etc); that's why they mention basically every Lexus model as an application. I don't know where the hell people put those things; Do they actually drill their fenders? Ouch!

All you have to do is buy the standard clear corners from clearcorners.com, and paint an amber wedge bulb with silver paint made to withstand heat. Very easy, and the paint can be found at most PepBoys, etc...
During the day, the bulb is virtually undetectable through the clear lens, but at night, it will still glow amber.
I know this works because I did it on an Infiniti g35 coupe.

Those are there for safety issues, and its best if we could remove them but its not always of the top
priority as to fill the hole and re-paint, when there are better ways to spend for a $500 modify.
Thats why those clear lenses exist, at least to add a more crystal-like looking.
