I’ve heard good things about Brandon Elzner of Quantum Auto Tune. He’s also in California.

If you google his name and Quantum Auto Tune, you’ll see a bunch of references you can review and see for yourself.

Rentless Motor Sports is the correct answer. They're very popular with the LS400 part of the CL forum as the LS400's ECM's are running into capacitor degradation issues. Quantum is great if you want to tune your ECM, I don't think they do board level repairs. Just software flashing.
