Default Clockspring Question

It seems that aftermarket Clocksprings for my 06 SC430 all have a narrow collar that doesn't fit over the steering wheel shaft. I was able to swap out the old collar to a new unit but found that it wasn't a solution as the new unit then squeaked and rubbed when the wheel was turned.
Can anyone confirm that the OEM part does come with the wider collar. Attached are photos showing the differences. The wide collar, the original unit and the aftermarket unit Or has anyone found an aftermarket unit that works? TYIA

When I replaced mine a number of years back I was warned about aftermarket units. I chose an OEM and it was very easy.
