I've been told I need new motor mounts. I searched for information on motor mounts here, but most threads are from 10 or more years ago. There are many options available, from OE Lexus to aftermarket original style. Additionally, a couple of "upgraded" racing mounts. Are there any experienced opinions on which are best?

I would stick with OEM mounts. Those urethane mounts would give you more NVH.
