All rear bumpers created equal?

All rear bumpers created equal?
Does anyone know if there were changes to the rear bumper over time? I know the front changed in 06, but I'm hoping an 04 will be the same as an 06.

i would start here or any of the Lexus dealer websites for part numbers and what years.
