I don't know if all w58s are manual but I need one for a manual tranny.

ALL W58'S ARE MANUAL.
Auto Parts stores do carry them. OEM number is 83181-24070.
Autozone carries it as SU6256, Rockauto as 5S4896 and maybe others too.
