Have the stock rear diff out of my 92 SC300 5spd. 165k miles. Never had an issue, just switching to a different ratio diff for my 6spd swap. I believe the ratio on this is 4.08:1

Not sure what a lift gate is. This sucker is heavy so I'm not really sure what it'll cost, but to Jersey I'd guess around $75-100. If it's good with you, we can just say a flat $175 shipped assuming $100 shipping.

 

I shipped one from OR to MA and it cost 170 via UPS. So 100 sounds about right.
