Hi impedence? Low Impedence? Top feed, side feed? 11mm or 14mm? R they for a GTE or GE?

From the picture they appear to be a top feed. And going on a guess id say they are low impedance, and they will fit GE and GTE with the proper fuel rail and/or resistor box.
