what lexus dealer is that?
my experiences when dealing with Lexus is parts are ordered and they come sealed in their original packaging, usually primed.
so if they are painted they wouldnt be new anymore. my parts dept. does not paint. maybe each dealer is different but thats how it is on the east coast.

That door molding is one of the few (if not the only part) that comes pre- painted
Nemesis is right. Lexus does not paint on site at the dealerships. The parts that come painted are made that way straight out of the factory.
