I'm a little ignorant to the conversion. What else, with the exception of the fog lights are needed for the conversion? If you know that is
I'm not sure about the ground terminal, and the bumper will go right on and look fine, other parts of the bumper for a full conversion would be fog lights and a grille.

FedEx ground quoted me 847$ to ship it with ground shipping, grey hound to washington DC would be 71.15$.
It's first come first serve, I'd definatly rather not have to ship it, theres the risk of it being damaged, all sorts of things.
I'll be probably be heading up to rockhill SC to buy a couple of transmissions in the next week or two, so if someone is in the charolette NC area, or anywhere in SC, its a good chance to get the bumper for 200$ basicly delieved to you, hard to beat 200$ for a 97+ oem like this.
