I have decided to part with my car as well as part it out. I have up for sale a 90% complete w58 5spd conversion. You will get the following:
- w58 transmission (no grinds)

- BNIB Slave cylinder
- 5spd Drive shaft
- Flywheel
- Clutch and PP

Inorder to complete the kit you will need the following:

I would like to get $900.
Local buyers preferred. Please note the price does not include shipping or paypal fees. Should the time come to ship, the shipping and paypal fees would be discussed.

If I asked you to ship could you?
I can probably set up 3rd party billing or just pay you up front.
Will probably need to go Less than truck load.
Could you slap this on a pallet? and provide the total weight? will need shipping point city / zip code so i can get rates :P
Thanks!

It would definitely need to travel LTL unless you could obtain a FTL rate, which would be a lot cheaper. And I would rather payment up front. That 3rd party billing involvement I am not a fan of since I used to work in the industry and know about the headaches involved. Let's continue to the convo via PM. I can get my hand on a pallet if necessary...
Pallet size will be your standard size as the parts will not exceed the standard one. The weight would be approximately 450lbs. Let me know which trucking company you are considering so we could see if they service my area, which is JFK area, with a HUB.

Freddy you have to also understand although the pallet weighed 250lbs, the trucking companies measure it out. If the measurements weight exceeds the actual weight of the pallet, they will charge you for that, not the weight of the pallet.
Its like shipping a large object that only weighs 10lbs. You are not going to pay based on the weight but the size/gerth (sp?) of the pallet. There is a formula. I haven't used it in a few years, as I left that industry years ago. Also, if the pallet is being shipped LTL, you will pay more. If you can get the pallet on a FTL, then you will save money. You can also save, if they can deliver the pallet on a backhaul.
Shipping isnt an issue but for me...
