WTB: SC300 Engine Undertray

This is for a 1995 SC300 (not sure if it matters or not)

What is an undertray?
I have a new Black plastic tray that goes under the front lip. Sort of undernieth the front bumper. It's about 1.5' x 2.5' with vents in it. Is that it?

It should be the piece right behind that piece. It's slightly larger and covers the underneath of the engine.
