i am selling the lip as is. it was painted white before to match my car but repainted again this time with black. as you all know, after painting w/o proper prepping, the paint tends to chip off when you scrape. so, if you decide to paint it, take it to a shop that will do it right. i painted this lip "white" just to experiment how the car would look it.
