WTB: upper door panel

The part that frames the window. I believe this cracking is a common problem for the SC. If anyone has one in good condition let me know

That cracking is a common problem. Even if you get a new one or a used one that hasen't cracked yet, it will because of stress placed on that part. When you removed it, just put some metal bracing and then plastic weld that sucker. Just fixed both on my car. As long as the leather has not ripped, just fix the old part.
