Guys,

As most of you know I had the case of a possible BHG. It was not determined that it was that but it seems very likely that is the case. I recently just purchased a new engine from someone on the forums and he suggested that people may be interested in buying the old one.

My symptoms were over heating and rough idling. I had the car brought to a mechanic who said that it was the headgasket. I never got a 2nd opinion.

The starter may be going out in it also. I am not sure whether it was the battery or the starter as I quit driving it when I hear that the HG could soon blow.

Before I stopped driving it it still ran fine under normal driving conditions, it was just if I stomped on it it didn't feel right. It has approximately 168k on the odometer.

I have absolutely no idea how much to ask for the engine - so I will say $300 obo and we can go from there.

The wiring harness on the engine I just bought was cut so I will be taking my wiring harness from my car. It is coming off of a 93 SC400.
