Shouldn't the "coil over" part be removed from the title?

Also, you may want to list what fitment they are

to clearifly
These springs are MADE for coil over setups (so they are flate on the top and bottom)
You need your own sleeve/collars, pads. You CAN'T just put this on a stock shock

the parts numbers of these springs are
two: 0700.250.0450
two: 0700.250.0300

here are spec's on the springs:
Lo-inch is the free length of the spring (unloaded)
Di-inch is the inside diameter , every spring on this page is 2.50 inches inside diameter.
C-lbs./inch is the actual spring rate, expressed in pounds per linear inch.
Sc-inch is how many inches the spring can be compressed before it coil binds.
Fc-lbs is how many pounds of force it takes to compress the spring until it coil binds.
WT-lbs is actually how much the spring weighs, and has nothing to do with the stiffness.

Part Number Lo-inch Di-inch C-lbs/inch Sc-inch Fc-lbs WT-lbs
0700.250.0300 7.00 2.50 300 4.40 1319 2.06
0700.250.0450 7.00 2.50 450 4.09 1839 2.63

These rates are good for a sc300, I dunno about sc400 might need higher springs rates

I know the ground control coil over kits for the BMW M3's and AWD 2g DSM use the same part numbers

Well the springs are pretty much universal for coilovers, it's just the collars/sleevs, n pads that are vechicle specific. Except for honda's with use 2" diameter springs (since they have smaller diameter shocks as well) as opposed to heavier cars that require 2.5"

These would make a good replacement for anyone with sagging springs on their coil over setup, or if you can get the rest of the parts or have them sitting around.
