The Lexus dealership quoted me about $980 dollars for the lip along with the screws and bracket. I'd suggest finding a junk/salvage yard and seeing what you can do. I remember someone posted that if the bumper never had a lip, you might need to drill some holes in your bumper. Looking at your bumper, there are some holes, so I think your car was supposed to have a lip.
There's http://www.taprecycling.com they have quite a few sc's.

The lip itself should cost around 300 dollars.

i called TAP RECYCLING and they dont have the lip by it self....instead they offer me to buy the whole bumper with the lip for 600+ .....that sucks. so what i did i just browse for an alternative for that missing piece and came a cross with this company called wise sports. I really like how the SC (Soarer) look with this kit specialy with the huge wheel & tire combo. Iam probably gonna be going on this route ..... what do you think guys.

The lip is pretty simple. it can be replicated with aluminum sheeting for around $40. it also bends into shape very easily and since it is aluminum it can easily adapt to any mounting you want to use, stock or otherwise. this is a good thing, ...... as long as you don't make a habit of bottoming your car out.
even make it lower if you dare.

What type of places do the aluminum replicating? I live in Los Angeles so I'm sure whatever type of place it is we have one around here somewhere. I just called Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills and the "stealer" a.k.a dealer said it's $357 for the lip alone!!. You know they got the dial tone after quoting me that ridiculous price. This is yet another highly desirable part on my list. Man, a big bag o' cash would come in handy right now wouldn't it fellas?...

i got one. it is in below average shape, curb rash and 1.5'' tare closer to the right side but not too noticable and im sure could be repared someway along with the scratches. i was going to have it fixed and painted but decided on aftermarket instead. not sure what a fair price is so ill say 150 but BEST OFFER TAKES IT.

i have one in pretty good shape for $125. everything is smooth, except the bottom. it has scrapes from parking stumps. oh yeah, and a tiny crack about 1" long. that's one inch on the bottom, then a little bit shows on the outside. hardly noticeable. anyone in so cal is more than welcome to check it out.
