The center caps are chrome plastic that came with the Donz rims. I removed them from the wheels and then covered them with vinyl carbon fiber film I had the lexus logo decals made from an on line graphics company and applied them to the covered carbon fibre center caps and then popped them back in place in the rims center and used the metal snap ring to hold the center caps in. There was a groove all the way around the wall of the center caps that held a tension wire . If you remove the wire from the inside of the rim [ its like a snap ring ] you can take the center cap out. I did not like the way the center caps looked they were engraved with the '" DONZ LOGO '' and I wanted them to look like they were OEM from lexus, The dealer has even asked me about them. He wanted to order a set and wanted to know what the part number was . He still thinks they were special limited editon rims that were special to the PB MODEL.

Very nice! Is there a noticeable difference with the wind screen?

Very nice indeed! If I had your PB I'd have a lot more miles on it, because I would want more people to see it. My perception and hers are that the wind screen does make a difference. A couple of times the screen has fallen down @ speed and you knew it right away.
Mr Blister could you please tell me what camera you have and a picture of it. Thanks I'm comtemplating that mod.

PIONEER MODEL ND-BC1
REAR PIONEER BACK UP CAMERA COLOR IN LICENSE PLATE WILL
OPPERATE COLOR AT NIGHT.
[ POWER SUPLY CONVERTER & IN LINE FUSE UNDER REAR TRUNKTRIM ]

I have had the camera for 4 years. It is a ccd not cmos so it has a better picture. iT is larger then the license plate camera but it comes with a bracket
that is adjustable and it has held up and worked well

Aftermarket wind breaker, $385.

And there's that cheap looking plastic windbreaker...so tacky.

Any other cheaper versions of a decent wind breaker?

Thanks for the close up pics. It looks good. Suggest that you use felt to protect the ledge instead of the foam. Is it just a bar on top of the ledge?

This windbreaker is just too steep, I would pay $150 max, but not $300+. The material required to make the windbreaker is not that expensive, granting the design is good.

The wind screen is held in place by pulling the attachment straps tight for that reason felt will not provide the protection that the styrofoam does if you use felt the pressure of the bar bearing down on the boot will leave an impression in it the styrfoam is a nice dark color actually it came from computer packing material and it is spongy
