Could you please post where this thread is found? While the warning chime only occurs at startup on the LS, I do lose display of a couple of features on the dash (e.g., temp) so disabling might be the way to go while on winter rims.

I drove around with my TPMS lights on for over a year and finally unplugged the unit b/c it was so annoying.
