has anyone seen this? its a replacement Climate Control unit for SC300/400 models. it looks awesome. it has a touchscreen control and seems to be able to do other stuff.
its in beta form and i think its worth a look.

i found this on my Lexus SC300 group on facebook. i hope they make the UI (user interface) a bit more snazzy looking.

That is a pretty cool dealy! Modern is mostly always better with the SC's...

 

I like it...looks like it needs more refinement though. Most of us have the most modern touch screen double dins. If anything they should make the screen face blacked out and backlit. Utilize the whole area...i dunno if it makes any sense. I do like the idea though...its a step fwd!

I'd like to buy whatever they're using for the relays & sensors and do the rest myself -- this car would rock with a carputer.

 

This is awesome. If it's as clean a finished product as they're making it out to be it's going to be one of the next few things on my list. Climate control is bleeding out now... this is great to see!
