SC300 fuse locations?
Other than those two locations I do not know of any others unless there is an inline fuse on the DC power connector wiring. I've only just started tinkering with the car's electrical system and am no expert.

My car will not fire ever since I blew the passenger side turn signal fuse and emergency flashed fuse. My front passenger side blinker isn't working (bulb is good) so I was testing the wiring harness for power and I must have arched the circuit bc I blew the fuses, but now my car won't start. Everything works, I checked every fuse in the car @ least 3 times and they are all ok. The car cranks, but will not fire, so I didn't know if there were any other random fuses located in the car somewhere

When you repaired your fender harness, did you solder the new wires, or use butt-connectors? If you used connectors, go back and solder the wires, that way there is no guessing. How much larger in wire size did you go? It wouldnt keep the car from starting, but going from a smaller gauge wire, to a larger, then back to a smaller isnt a good idea...might want to go back and redo it.
I don't believe that I can hear the fuel pump prime and no I havnt done a 12v/FP sci bypass. Honestly I have basic knowledge and tools.

It could possibly be the fuel pump ecu. I would start with this simply cause its easy and free to do, and will keep you from having to do it later on:

If that still does not work, you need to verify your pump is working. While you have the back seats out, turn on the car, dont try to start it, but just listen and see if you can hear the pump when you first turn the key. If not, find your EFI Main relay (fuse box under hood), simply place your finger on it and have someone turn the key to the ACC on, and see if you can feel or hear it click. If its working, next thing to do is replace the fuel pump itself.
There are other ways to check these things, but just going off whats always worked for me. As for the wires, that should be fine, but if you used butt-connectors, you really want to replace those with solder and some heat shrink tubing...you will thank me later.
