so i took this out but can’t find where it goes i thought it went here but when i tried to put it in it stoped half way and my dad said it dosent go there so please help out and what even is it
That is whats called a banjo bolt. There is usually a hose with a round fitting that goes where the hole is. The center of the bolt should also be hollow. The purpose is to allow fluid to flow from the bump/reservoir through the bolt and into the hose/line. Those bolts are used in places like powersteering, brakes and a few other locations. It's hard from this angle for me to tell what I'm looking at from this angle but thats definitely a crucial part. The bolt doesn't go all the way into wherever it threads into either. The fitting is squished between the bolt and the housing. Chances are when you start it up you'll likely have fluid shooting from somewhere that the bolt is supposed to be in.

I could be wrong but it looks like the banjo bolt that goes into the 2JZ-GE intake manifold against another small cast part the purpose of which is to provide vacuum to the brake booster (via a fuel-grade rubber hose with an intermediate filter in the middle).
The washer is a one-use crush type that should be replaced each time this bolt is replaced but it'll *probably* seal again with no leaks . The washer is readily available and cheap from a dealer. I don't have the part number handy but you'll find it looking up the SC300's intake manifold exploded diagram on Partsouq.

There is also a very similar banjo bolt at the back of the fuel rail. That one affixes the fuel feed line to the rail and has two of the metal crush washers on either side of the fuel feed head that the bolt passes through. In that case you MUST purchase two new crush washers since you absolutely do not want to risk even a mild fuel leak in that location. I highly advise you to look up the torque spec in that part of the 2JZ-GE fuel system section of the SC300 or MKIV factory TSRM.
