Screen for Climate Control---"Dead"

My '92 SC400 climate control screen is totally gone. All controls work as intended, but just can't see anything on the screen. In my case, can the screen be replaced with new bulbs? Or....do I have to have the entire climate control module refurbished?

Tanin Auto Electronics can handle this repair for you. You can send in your HVAC unit to them for the repair service with a brand new LCD screen and backlighting bulbs and they'll final test it and then send it back to you.

Or if you prefer you can order the parts from them if you're comfortable doing fine electronics repair work yourself and have a temperature controlled and ESD-safe soldering station and a vacuum-pump desoldering tool or electric desoldering gun.
