On my '99 SC400, the carpet is separated from the door. The previous owner had some custom HID lights installed, which included a cable running from the footwell into the engine bay. I removed this and installed stock headlights. Now that I've painted the car, I want to fix the interior. This is the first step. What clips do I need and where do I get them? Looking on the internet and eBay I find floor mat clips. I need something to hold the carpet.
There are 3 clips shown in the parts listing

Google them to see what they look like but I suspect they are not going to help you. Usually there are metal and plastic clips (for lack of a better term) that are stapled to the carpet then wedged/clipped into the top of the rocker panel. They are not available separately they come with the carpet. I could be way off have not worked on an SC of your vintage.
Thank you! I almost lost it today. I was backing out of a parking space, and this idiot lady backed right into me, in spite of me honking and pulling forward as fast as I could. Fortunately there was no damage.
As for the clips, looking up those parts, they are all Toyota. I have a Lexus.
