Default Best Control Arms?

About to start re-doing the entire suspension. Was curious to opinions. I see people using the newer aluminum supra control arms for an upgrade. Curious as to control arm tiers by price, and quality. What would be the absolute best performance?

It's subjective as to what "best" is. If you want to rely on OEM quality then the 93-96 Supra MKIV front lower control arms, 93-96 MKIV upper front control arms and the SC OEM rear lower and rear upper control arms are what many would consider the best option. Same with OEM tie rod ends.

However Figs Engineering makes a full set of aftermarket control arms and tie rod ends for the MKIV and SC respectively. Pricey but very high quality and unlike the OEM control arms the ball joints are serviceable via replacement without tossing the entire arm. Figs parts are high on my list if OEM will not be my first choice.

Then there are the front lower control arms made by this company as pointed out in the thread below:

Absolute best performance would be heavy duty arms designed for racing applications by SC300/400s and Toyota Soarers in competition purposes.
That would be T.Demand, Figs Engineering, Ikeya Formula, Serial9, BattleVersion.
These also happen to be companies that focus primarily on better than stock adjustable control arms for a host of Toyota chassis along with multiple other makes and models.
Those are the only brands that have put significant R&D into their arms and all of them have been verified by cars that have competed in Global Time Attack, D1GP and FormulaD.

I have been running a set of the steel supra arms from toyota for over 5 seasons on an endurance race car with a bunch of practice hours in between and the bushings and ball joints are still in pretty good condition. This is a very harsh application, much harder on them than anything you'll do on the street so it puts them to the test. Well over 300 hours of racing on them. I would be hard pressed to go in a different direction.
