Default Getting ready to do suspension work - tie rods

Suspension work on my 92 SC400 is way overdue. Car has 284K miles on the original suspension. Left front shock is now leaking. I'm trying to keep everything stock as I enjoy the oem ride. I also replaced the bushings in the lower control arms at about 180K miles with Jegs prothane bushings but there is now movement in them after about 100K miles.

I'm changing quite a bit but I've found oem tie rods are NLA and I cant source any remaining stock from Japan. What is everyone using with success for tie rods?

I'm replacing with OEM:
All four shocks with the correct bumpers, insulators, and supports
New front lower control arms
Upper front control arms

Because unfortunately we end up bumping other cars in a race from time to time, I have had to go through quite a few tie rods on the race car. They all have plastic bushings in them, so whichever aftermarket one you choose there is not going to be much difference in quality. I used the Raybestos and Moog a couple of times, seem to be ok. Make sure you check the inner tie rods when you are checking everything, they go bad just like the outer ones so to be safe figure on changing all 4.
