Door latch assembly

So my rod snapped today, anybody know of a good place to buy one? I found one on EBAY but before I bought just wanna throw it out here in case there's a better source. Thanks in advance!

A Lexus or Toyota dealership may have them locally, also check NAPA and any other parts store you have close by.

Did the rod itself break or just the plastic clip that holds it?

The rod itself, the part that drops down into the latch assembly. It snapped where it pushes into the assembly.

The rod isn't replaceable, is it? I tried performing surgery on a badly bent one once, and it seemed to be effectively a sealed unit with the lock actuator.
